Also using WinXP. On the menu bar, I went to [Edit > Preferences]. On the Preferences window, I selected Browser. On the Browser pane, under "Display on", I selected the "Home page" radio button for all three items in the pull-down selection list. Under "Home Page" on the saem Browser pane, I used the Choose File button to navigate to my bookmark.html file. However, if you browse in more than one profile, you might not get your home page when you startup except for the profile you were in when you terminated.
