I'm not sure I understand properly what you're trying to do, but in the Bookmark Manager, I'd go in File -> New Bookmark and fill in the fields with CTRL + C and CTRL + V. And to change the content of an existing bookmark, there is the Properties button. Again, VTRL + C and CTRL + V would be useful.
