Good question!!  I expect I'm not the only one who's waiting for an IE
Tab replacement that works with SM2 before migrating from 1.1.18, and
this suggests that will never be.

How sad.
I don't understand why NPAPI is being rejected as based on Google search Safari, Opera, Konqueror, iCab, and others are actively supporting it
