Does the About Seamonkey page update when you upgrade to 2.0.1?
Mine says 2.0 and when I check for update I get "No updates Available". The build information is;
Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.4) Gecko/20091017 Lightning/1.0b1pre SeaMonkey/2.0
