For starters need more information. Who is your ISP you may try logging in to WEB mail and see if you can send that way. This would check to see you are using to correct user name and password. Not sure if you mean the SMTP setting are not correct or if you are using password manager. Changing out the router/modem should and not changed anything to affect you email password.
