Closest I can see at the moment is, when I am already logged into a
channel, I can go IRC->Join Channel, but if I'm not logged in anywhere,
the "Join Channel" is greyed out.

Thanks, fellows, at least now I've gotten a bookmark in the browser that
will get me connected in Chatzilla
