<p =
class=3DMsoNormal>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3DvYAWrkvyYdc&amp;featur=
e=3Drelated<o:p></o:p></p>

the kicker is that the message was produced by;

X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft Exchange V6.5
Content-class: urn:content-classes:message
MIME-Version: 1.0 <<

Possible that ms is again pooping on "standards" again? ;-)

The problem is not with the weird markup Outlook is producing. It is Outlook doesn't automatically convert text which looks like an URI into a hyperlink when sending an HTML, like Mozilla does.
