I bought some software - Graphics Workshop 4.0 from
Alchemy Mindworks.
Loaded it and want different "skins" than came with it.
I have to go to this site
ftp://ftp.alchemymindworks.com/pub/alchemy/themes40.msi
Up pops a window says seeking authentication...
then after about ten seconds another window asking for User and Password.
I assume this is coming from them.
I have a user name and password of theirs, but it does not work.
There tech rep is stymied, says I should not see that window and asked,
"Is the FTP login name for your web browser set to "anonymous"? (Without
the quote marks.)"
I have NO IDEA what he is talking about.
HELP ?
