On both SeaMonkey& Firefox (3.6.12):
When I visit http://www.youtube.com/

Solution: YouTube stops working if you have DOM storage disabled.[1]
Maybe the default changed with recent updates or something?

Don't work for me. I have DOM storage enabled (was never disabled).
Can see *some* thumbs on *some* pages, e.g. on the side of the movie.
Only places where I can see an "error" message is on a channel page,
where it claims that I have Javascript disabled or old Flash version.
Neither is true, I have Javascript always enabled and the latest Flash
version (10.1.102.64).
Since YouTube now use the html5 dtd (<!DOCTYPE html>)(?) I wonder if
they have some comparability problems on their side, or if it is
because SM don't fully support html5?
