Looking at the image that you have made it seems that you have backup files of everything in that folder. There is a file called seamonkey.exe.moz-backup. Just a guess, but copy everything out of that folder and then copy and rename all files ending moz-backup to their "original names", that might bring you back Seamonkey, but in anycase try see what has caused that, since I do not believe it is in any way "normal" behaviour.
