having to do a bit of e'mail recovery triage... i'd like to recover my
sent messages from some old profiles created before Mozilla converted TB
and SeaMonkey over to the new archive system...
but i have no idea what to do with the old .sbd folders which apparently
somehow helped store my replies to my incoming mail...
