I tried to send an E-mail to some...@town.somerset.mass.us. The 'mass'

When I use the incorrect E-mail address, I get this message:

"The size of the message you are trying to send exceeds a temporary size
limit of the server. The message was not sent; try to reduce the message
size or wait some time and try again. The server responded: 4.1.1 ...
temporary failure."

Is this SM or a server problem?

Looks like it's Town Hall or City (forget which Somerset is). If so it's
their problem since it should say "invalid address). If I try to send a
message from Verizon to Lakeville's Town Hall I get a "message could not
be delivered" prob cuz they use Comcast

If it's an invalid address -- and the domain town.somerset.mass.us doesn't exist -- then the response must be coming from your mail host (saying it can't find the destination). Your message should never reach the nonexistent mail host at town.somerset.mass.us, and certainly not the real one at town.somerset.ma.us.
