I'm sure you're capable of reading, no? How about reading the release notes of the versions you cited, especially the Changes pages? Lots of fixes for bugs discovered before and after the previous releases you cited. In fact the SM developers have hardly been doing anything *but* fixing bugs, preparing new releases containing those and updating documentation on that!
