word. You can make changes in both profiles, and Sync will combine those
changes.

The one thing that comes closest to the concept of "master" is limited to the first-time use of a certain Sync account on a certain computer. There you can define, under Sync Options, whether to merge the data from the client and the server, replace all Sync data on the client, or replace all Sync data on the server.
