In SeaMonkey 2.4 will
"javascript:self.resizeTo(1600,1000);self.moveTo(40,10);" doesn't
function.
In SeaMonkey scripts are not allowed to move or resize existing
windows by default. You can enable it for yourself, if you really
like scripts taking over your windows:
Preferences: Advanced / Scripts & Plugins
Allow scripts to:
[x] Move or resize existing windows
