Go to Edit/Preferences/Browser and click on 'home page' instead of 'last
page visited' and then choose the file for your 'home page'.
Well spotted, the two of you. Resetting to "Home Page" seems to have
fixed the situation.
Don't know how it got changed in the first place!!
