Unfortunately, I as a SeaMonkey Product Driver do not know this answer.
It relates directly to the modifications made (or not made, perhaps) by
the people at PortableApps.com
Please try to contact someone there about this very question. In
*general* I suspect we behave very similar to the way Firefox Portable
does, but I have no way of even checking [easily].
