Yea, I am pretty sure it is a bug, I haven't hit it, but I do know
others have (Like Robert Kaiser himself).

Though I usually run my filters on my mail-account side, not SeaMonkey
side, so I have it from my web UI without needing to launch SeaMonkey first.
