I had exposed my problem about the fact that my SM creates a mail with a
zip file attached which cannot be retrieved from the "Sent" folder.
(Attachment window doesnot exist)

I have found the following:
In the source of the mail, the attachment part is:

Content-Type: multipart/x-zip;

I have done a test with a completely new profile and... the zip file can
be retrieved and is shown in the Attachment window ..and the source of
the mail contains:

Content-Type: application/x-zip-compressed;

Any idea to correct my problem ? With my current profile ?
Just a guess. Renaming mimeTypes.rdf in the profile when SM is closed?
On Linux i would grep the profile for x-zip, but i do not know what can
be done on Win.

THANKS ! This action kills my problem - now in a mail zip attachment files are handled correctly.
I work now without the

mimeTypes.rdf

file and all goes well until now.
The side effect is that the Edit-Preferences-Browser-"Helper Application" list is drastically reduced.

It's very strange that a Browser parameter is influencing the composition of a mail.
