It does seems snappier...however, bug #743463 and bug #724293 remain
broken. I've updated the bugs to reflect/include.
This is a bit of a surprise, because it seemed the team had a handle on
this/these - related to invoking of the Profile Manager on start up as I
recall.
The partial fix of the restore from Minimized to Dock problem is still
working, though.
