How can I find my old e-mails and Address Book

I had Seamonkey on a PC with Vista
My computer went "kaput" I had to change the Mothercard, the processor,
& in order to be able to connect to internet I upgraded to Windows 7
But I cannot find my Address Book and my Old e-mails.
Is there something I should do???
