Keep getting error message that my inbox is too full OR an email may have a virus........do I want to skip it?

Doesn't matter whether I hit Yes or No to skip, email either does not show up, shows up blank or two emails are combined into one.

It's a real mess.  I use Win XP Pro SP3.  Comcast is my ISP.

What can I send you so that you can help me?
