Yes, the SeaMonkey browser cache is on disc. You can set where it is located: 1. On the menu bar, select [Edit > Preferences]. 2. On left side of the Preferences window under Category, select [Advanced > Cache]. 3. To the left of the Choose Folder button, you will see where your cache is saved.
