Not only your instructions are wrong: ImportExport tool extension is not
compatible with the last version of SeaMonkey but they are not very
clear to say the least. This is the first time I have anything to do
with the Firefox/Mozilla applications and I wish it hadn't been this

Jacques, what it this ImportExport tool extension that you mention?? It
may be the developer that is requiring that you pay, it *is not* SeaMonkey!!
My advice would be to un-install this extension as, I believe, SeaMonkey
can import Windows Line Mail on its own!!
Check out Tools->Import.
