Well, I found the profile and deleted it thinking SM would create a new one. Wrong! Don't do this! You can't even reinstall SM with that profile missing. Luckily I was able to put it back. Odd mouse wheel problem remains. I might try installing an older profile and see if that fixes it. I did have to import my bookmarks again, and I lost the address book.
