It is easiest to use a spread-sheet application to view and print the CSV file. I suspect that any such application can take a CSV (comma-separated values) file as input. Lacking a spread-sheet application on a Windows PC, you can also open the CSV file in Word or an equivalent word-processing application. Skipping the first line, select all the other lines. Then create a table of 7 columns using commas as the text separator. Delete the right 4 columns and expand the remaining 3 columns so that the contents fit without wrapping.
