Here's a typical example: http://www.nbc.com/the-tonight-show/video/megyn-kelly-part-2/n44076
Click on the URL, screen comes up and displays a "Start Flash Player" message. Click on same, and after a brief pause the commercial plays. After that, the "Play" symbol appears on screen, and, when clicked, resolves to the endlessly spinning circle and the message "Buffering". Yes, endless. No matter how long I wait that's all the further it goes.
