I have 3 computers running Win XP and have no problem with them. I have
two more running Win 7, one Home Premium on a desktop and the other
Ultimate on a laptop.

First, on either Win 7 computer, I cannot get anything under Edit that
says Mail & Newsgroup settings. I first have to select Window and then
Mail & Newsgroup before Edit allows me to get to Mail & Newsgroup settings.

Second, after getting to Mail & Newsgroup Settings and clicking on Add
Account, I get the 3 option screen on my desktop running Win 7 Home
Premium using the Default profile. However, on the laptop running Win 7
Ultimate and a custom profile, I get the same screen as the OP. I don't
get 3 choices. I don't know why that is.
