Hi:

My ISP is in the process of changing all hosted web pages to a secure
server that uses FTPS (FTP over TLS or SSL) but I can't find anyplace to
select these in SeaMonkey 2.24 Composer. It that possible or do I need
to change to some other web page editor, and if so any suggestions on a
reasonable priced alternative?

Does changing the the "ftp" in the publishing address to "ftps" not work?

I would imagine not, Chris. On my OS X system, attempting to access an ftps://whatever.com URL nets a dialogue box popping up that an application needs to be used (Yummy FTP, in my case). It seems that FTPS is not a supported protocol in SeaMonkey.
