Patrick, if you have to go that extra step and re-install SM, when you
de-install it, it does not normally delete your profile, so when you
then re-install SM, it may re-locate this profile. If you want to try a
new profile (which could be a reasonable move *before* de-installing
SM), go to Tools->Switch Profiles and then select "Create new Profile"
