Is there any way that I could export Seamonkey bookmarks and use them

Don't know as I do not ahve an Android table, but have you tried any of
the bookmark apps?

<https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cb56.BookmarksEasyImport>
<https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.findheart.syncoid>
etc

Also as Ed pointed out, you can try sync:
<https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/use-bookmarks-firefox-android>
<https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/mobile/customize/sync>

The first one imports bookmarks only from *.htm files; the second one
doesn't seem to have an import function.

I'll try the Firefox sync method first; appreciate the cautions and
other suggestions from this NG . . . .

Are you aware that you can set up SM to export a .html version of your bookmarks file each time you exit SM aren't you??

In about:config, if you are o.k. with the warning, enter export on the Search line and you should find "browser.bookmarks.autoExportHTML" and set it to TRUE.

HTH
