I don't know how that works.
1. Create a NewsGroup account by clicking on "Create a New Account" then
choice "News group account" name of the server is news.mozilla.org
2. Subscribe to a group by clicking on "file" in the menu bar, then
choice "Subscribe" then choice mozilla.support.seamonkey.

"Compose" for a new message.
"Reply" to reply to an existting message.
