clashes with any other user action, SM freezes and I have to Force Quit
and lose the entire session. This has been going on since SM 1.16 or

My Pref is set to ask for the Master Password the first time it is
required...yet I can open SM, sit on a page that doesn't even require a
Password and never go to any other page, and it will eventually happen.
All I need do is wait long enough.
I used to see this with Windows. I set signon.startup.prompt to
"false", and I do not see this problem now.
