Because, according to the HTML coding for the page, that's what it's
title is. In other words, it's an error on the web page, not a problem
with SeaMonkey. The same mangled title is shown in the title bar of the
SeaMonkey window when viewing that page, and also by Internet Explorer
and Chrome.
