Web page will NOT display

Web page will NOT display, Says may need plug-in. Usually you have the 
option to download the plug-in. However, in this case it does not and I 
do not know what plug-it wants. I tried to view this in IE and it had 
the same problem, then I tried Chrome and it would display. Why will it 
not display in SeaMonkey? Sell link below:
