Microsoft reworked the layout of user profiles in Vista (and Win 7 and later use the Vista layout).

However, if you use the %APPDATA% variable, then you'll find the right location, regardless of which Windows release you're running.

For Seamonkey, that's going to be %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Seamonkey.

That said, if you don't want to take the effort of poking at folder level in the user profile, MozBackup handles everything nicely (including locating things correctly with the %APPDATA% variable).

The one catch on MozBackup is that before you restore, you need to start the setup wizard, so that a default profile location is created. Once you get to the first dialog box, you can abort, and then go on and let MozBackup take care of the work of restoring your profile.
