Is SM your default Browser ? If not, do so ...
Another is to open your file browser/manager/explorer, click on the
location bar and try to find yourself to the control panel. "Default
Programs" is where you set what files are opened with what applications.

Found the control panel, then browsed for application and finally
found it. Now to try it!-)
