PS. It is difficult to understand why it was decided to make the 2
browsers impossible to sync with each other, when some users may have
depended on having the two browsers sync with each other. For me it
is related to the web pages I create/update and the research I do
online.

That might have been the basis for my response up thread ..... The work
was done for Syncing on FF but lack of labour on SM meant the required
work had not been done ..... yet!!
