Your not the first to have a problem

I use Win XP and SM 2.40 and have put
general.useragent.override.chase.com;Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:43.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/43.0 into about:config but still can not connect to my chase account, I can sign in but am directed to an upgrade page. Is the user agent OK??
