That works if you also choose View | Messages | All. If you choose View
| Messages | Unread instead, you don't get the whole thread.
That is what I did. I have View > Messages > All and View > Threads >
Threads with unread. I also did not want to see old threads with
nothing new in them, so I set SM to load only unread content (except for
the threads).
