Sometimes when I have two very similar windows open -- one almost but
not completely covering the other -- I accidentally place my cursor over
the edge of the "behind" window while trying to operate on the "in
front" window. This causes a switch in focus. At my age (75), this is
happening more and more often.

Consider:
* Most state mandate that drivers have liability insurance.
* Employers are mandated to have worker's compensation insurance.
* If you live in a flood zone, flood insurance is mandatory.
* If your home has a mortgage, fire insurance is mandatory.

Why then is mandatory health insurance so bad??
