Win 10 again. The best fix would be to downlevel (or really upgrade) to
8.1 or 7 :)
2.48 final csets are done. I won't take anything new here for our branch
or ewong would kill me :)
So 2.49.1. An uplift for the bug has been requested. If it is not
granted we will do a release branch with it. Still no ETA.
