Looks like a "we don't want you as a customer" message to me so I would just
leave. Pick a small isp and get you own email address. The "big" corps no
longer care about an open web.

This is only IF you are working in the new version.
BUT when the new Yahoo-mail did not accept SM ... you cannot reach et point to
click on the setting icon.
