Yes, I have encountered a few Web sites that accept a Firefox-only UA string but reject a Firefox+SeaMonkey string. That is why I use PrefBar to switch UA strings, where I have both Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 and Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 SeaMonkey/2.49.2, NOT Firefox/52.0 Also, in PrefBar, I have a checkbox to toggle "Advertise Firefox compatibility", for which I usually do not have the check mark (disabling the feature) and for which my user.js turns off in case I forget I checked the checkbox. -- David E.
