SeaMonkey "Check for Updates" functionality is broken :( The last official release is 2.49.4 - get it here https://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/ and the not-quite-official-but-has-some-fixes release is here https://www.wg9s.com/comm-esr/ I haven't been keeping up, so I don't know how good the wg9s.com 2.53 or 2.57 releases are.
