To avoid the stuff appearing in your Inbox, just unsubscribe from the
mailing list, or change the subscription to a daily digest, using
<https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/support-seamonkey> as before.
If you choose to unsubscribe from the mailing list, you can subscribe to
the newsgroup mozilla.support.seamonkey from news.mozilla.org, at least
while that exists, to see the same information and be able to post
messages. Chris's web site has instructions at
<https://ilias.ca/moznewsgroups-sm>.
