I just installed the 64-bit version of SeaMonkey on my Windows 10 laptop.
I have PDF Viewer 1.9.641 installed on March 14, 2018. It appears to
open in a tab attempting to load a pdf file, but nothing shows up in the
tab until I click the "Stop" button.
So I went searching and found
<https://github.com/IsaacSchemm/pdf.js-seamonkey/releases> version
2.2.255 which I installed after removing the older version and it works
for me.
