I been on some mailing lists since the days of Netscape. I am now on approximately two dozen mass mailing lists. The method for forming a "Filter Name" has varied over the years.
My primary need is a list containing "Filter Name" and associated filter criteria. It would be nice to have a second list with "Filter Name" and "action performed".
