That should work the same as it does in Thunderbird. Enter the name of
the distribution list with Bcc. But also have a To address, your own.
Many E-mail systems -- yours or the recipients' hosts, not Thunderbird
-- reject messages with only Bcc addresses. Other systems might reject
messages with more than a small number of Bcc addresses.

Also, see if the PopMailListRecipients extension will work with your
version of SeaMonkey. See
<https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/popmaillistrecipients/>.
That Web page contains a link to see if there is a SeaMonkey equivalent
along with a suggestion on converting the Thunderbird extension to a
SeaMonkey extension.

If the extension does work with your SeaMonkey, you enter your
distribution list as Bcc and then select the toolbar button created by
the extension. In Thunderbird, that parses the distribution list and
replaces it with the individual E-mail addresses still with Bcc. If
that works with your SeaMonkey, it will give you visibility to whom the
message was addressed.

Trump describes statues of Confederate military as memorials
to heroes, representing our values. Those who took up arms
against our national government during the Civil War were
NOT heroes. They were traitors who committee treason.
