Thanks again, I removed SM/2.53.3 . I finally just put in the first ua that 
David suggested. 
I talked with a rep at USB awhile ago and he thinks they have probably stopped 
supporting the browser because he couldn't ever get a coBrowse with me. He said 
he was sending in a ticket and I should hear something in 2 or 3 days.
